We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to manage key administrative tasks and ensure the seamless execution of account operations, invoicing, and organizational control. This role is central to maintaining efficiency and supporting leadership in achieving our strategic goals.

Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide critical support by managing administrative workflows, coordinating account operations, and overseeing invoicing and financial control processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a vital resource for leadership and teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Oversee account operations by coordinating communication, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle invoicing processes, including preparation, submission, and follow-up to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain control systems for expenses, budgets, and financial records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with planning and organizing company events, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
  • Proactively identify and address administrative inefficiencies to improve workflow and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Experience in managing account operations, invoicing, or financial processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
