
Reliability Engineer
This is an in person role.
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to collaborate with clients, leveraging your technical skills to improve the availability and maintainability of their equipment and systems.
Role Overview:
As a Reliability Engineer, you will work directly with clients to analyze and enhance the reliability of their mechanical and electrical systems. By employing data-driven methodologies and advanced reliability practices, you will identify potential risks, recommend improvements, and implement strategies that align with each client’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess the reliability and performance of their industrial applications.
- Conduct reliability studies, including failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
- Analyze equipment data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and recommend maintenance strategies to increase the availability and lifecycle of client’s equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in reliability engineering.
- Expertise in analyzing and improving industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reliability engineering tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, RCM, and root cause analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
